There is NO TREE STUMP REMOVAL for this contract. Trees can be burned if they follow IDOT and EPA policy. IDOT's 2022 Open Burn Permit should be consulted for the necessary requirements and conditions for burning trees. To perform the major item of work on a contract, the prequalification cutoff was 10/28/2022. Correct. The completion date is March 31, 2023. The commitment note is to allow the Contractor to note that trees shall only be cut from October 1 to March 31, with no exceptions.
